Meet Our Staff
Dr Adam Stefani

Thoroughly enjoying the small personal environment of the clinic, Adam and Victoria gladly purchased the practice in December of 2008. Although enjoying all aspects of his work, he has a special interest in surgery and oncology. Outside of work, Adam keeps busy maintaining his small farm and caring for his many animals, including dogs Jet and Sassy, horses Buddy and Dale, Chickens, Peacocks multiple aviary birds and rehabilitating wildlife. Adam’s main passions include flying aircraft and performing aerobatics, horse riding, fishing, boating and exploring the outdoors.
Dr Amber Lee

Amber completed her Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Melbourne in December 2010. As she grew up locally in Mount Eliza, Amber is glad to return to the Peninsula and begin her veterinary career at the Mornington Veterinary Clinic.
Amber enjoys all aspects of medicine and surgery but has a special interest in birds which has stemmed from her childhood passion of breeding and caring for parrots. Currently she has an aviary full of Cockatiels and Princess Parrots along with her dog Bo which keeps her busy. In her spare time she likes to go to the gym and try out new classes as well as swim, and play piano.
Victoria

Victoria has worked as a Veterinary Nurse and Groomer at Mornington Vet Clinic since she purchased the practice with Adam in December 2008. In addition to grooming and nursing duties, Victoria has a special interest in injured wildlife and has successfully rehabilitated many native birds and mammals over the years. Victoria grew up in Mt Eliza and started as a part-time nurse while pursuing a career as a professional athlete, competing in many triathlons and ironman events. Even after Victoria’s career change, she still enjoys keeping fit and training on a regular basis. Victoria spends her free time riding her horse Dale and caring for her pets.
Julie

Julie is our longest standing Veterinary Nurse, clocking in an impressive 23 years with the clinic.
Throughout the years Julie has built up genuine long-term friendships with our clients, and considers the clinic her second home.
Julie lives in Mornington with her two dogs, Pedro and Happy, and is currently helping her only daughter Adriana plan her wedding.
In her spare time Julie enjoys swimming, jet-skiing and fishing, and is a volunteer marine wildlife carer for WHOMP (Wildlife Help on Mornington Peninsula).
Debs

Debs has been a Veterinary Nurse at the clinic since early 2008, and has just returned to part-time work since taking a year off following the birth of her son Finn. Debs lives in Mornington with her husband Simon, Finn and pets Roxy (the scruffy little Jack Russell x Australian Terrier) and Leo (the gorgeous silver tabby who thinks he’s a dog).
Outside of work most of Debs time is now taken up with her little toddler, but she still finds the time for plenty of outdoor recreation including camping and 4 wheel driving, and has recently taken up boxing as part of her gym regime.
Samantha

Sam has worked at Mornington Vet Clinic as a nurse and groomer for just over a year now and is currently studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
At home Sam has a deaf cat named Gary, who was one of a litter of 5 kittens abandoned at the clinic which Sam hand reared, and a Border Collie X rescue dog named Maverick.
Sam is a proud vegetarian, and in her spare time likes drawing and walking Maverick down the beach.
